images_News_2014_07_07_tareq-0_300_0The Israeli prosecution on Sunday decided to send 15-year-old Tareq Abu Khudair, who was physically assaulted by Israeli soldiers, away from his home in Shuafat neighborhood in occupied Jerusalem in exchange for his release.

Lawyer of the Palestinian prisoner society Mofid Al-Hajj said that the Israeli prosecution wants Tareq to be placed under house arrest in Beit Hanina and under third party sponsorship for 15 days, and pay a bail of 10,000 shekels before releasing him.

Hajj affirmed that the defense refused the release conditions, and added that there would be a hearing in this regard at the magistrates’ court in occupied Jerusalem.

Tareq, who is the cousin of slain boy Mohamed Abu Khudair, suffers from serious bruises all over his body, especially in his face after Israeli soldiers brutally beat him a few days ago.
