Syrian Army continues operations in Edlib, terrorists block an international route

images (55)Syrian Army units continued operations in the towns of Edlib countryside, as the armed militias kept on fighting in two towns of the mentioned province, while vandals from the Lebanese side deliberated to block the International route between Syria and Lebanon in the Tartous province.

The army’s operations in Edlib countryside is ongoing

Syrian Arab Army units have targeted today’s morning a gunmen rally in al-Baragheeti village in rural of Abu al-Duhur, and killed an armed group of 7 members attempted to infiltrate to a close range from Abu al-Duhur military airport, what led to the death and wounding a number of gunmen, in addition to destroying several of their headquarters.

Breaking News correspondent in Edlib said that a unit of the army has stroke insurgents’ headquarter inside the Military Housing checkpoint via artillery, what resulted in the death of 4 militants and the injury of 6 others.

In the rural of Jesr al-Shoghour, a unit of the army destroyed rallies and positions of the insurgents in the villages of al-Taybat and the crossing of al-Janudiah village, while the leader Manhal Mannaa, nicknamed as Abu al-Baraa has been killed during clashes with Syrian Army near the checkpoint of Binnish at the outskirts of Edlib city.

A renewed fighting occurs between Edlib gunmen

Fresh fighting took place between two of the armed militias, which fight against Syrian Arab Army in Edlib countryside, claiming deaths of both sides.

Our reporter pointed that fierce clashes witnessed by the city of Salqeen since yesterday until today’s morning between “Deree Hanano Brigade” (Hanano Shield) and “Sukour Salqeen Brigade” (Salqeen Hawks), as a result of disagreements over the smuggling of stolen fuels and allocated to the bakeries and residents to Turkey, and Sukour Salqeen Brigade falsifies the original value of the fuels.

The reporter noted that the armed conflicts resulted in more than 4 deaths in the two parties’ ranks and the injury of another number, in addition to the destruction of many of their headquarters following the landing of many rocket-propelled grenades were fired through the engagements.

The correspondent added that “Deree Hanano Brigade” has stormed all the headquarters and the stationing locations of “Sukour Salqeen Brigade” and abducted a number of its members and emptied the positions of weapons and munitions, while the leaders of “Sukour Salqeen” flee to unknown destinations; they are Ayman Janjoin, Fadi Mousa, Abu Ramdou and Hamour al-Hamimi.

In the context, anonymous militants riding in SUV cars and a pickup set up with machine guns have attacked the armed militia’s checkpoints and the elements of al-Nusra Front at the outskirts of the border city of Salqeen in Edlib countryside, killing at least 9 insurgents and injuring others, the attackers have dominated over the weapons and munitions, which were in the possession of the checkpoints’ members and fleeing to another unknown destination.

Breaking News reporter pointed that a considerable tension prevails between the leaders of the militias in the region to reveal the identity of the assailants and a state of terror and fear in the residents’ ranks.

Saboteurs block an international route between Syria and Lebanon

A group of vandals in Lebanon have blocked the international route, linking the Beqaa Valley with Syrian grounds through the Tartous province.

Our correspondent in Tartous reported that a number of saboteurs, including Syrians, belonging to the Syrian armed militias fighting against the Syrian Arab Army have cut off the international route in the Lebanese town of al-Abbudiah, which amounts to the official crossing between Syria and Lebanon in the town of al-Dabbusiah in Syria.

The reporter pointed out that vandals had lit tires and fired in the air causing the situation of panic and cut traffic without the intervention of the Lebanese security.
