Ayatollah Sobhani disassociates extremist measures from Islam

Qom seminary instructor, Ayatollah Grand Ayatollah Ja’far Sobhani slammed the measures perpetrated by Takfiri groups targeting the image of Islam dissociating extremist measures from Islam, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).

“Takfiri and extremist groups represent an image of Islam that is by nature completely violent,” underscored the senior cleric stressing that a remedy should be found for the malady of Takfiris who have entangled the Islamic world in a serious problem.

Ayatollah Sobhani urged clerics and Islamic thinkers to use appropriate methods and mechanism for countering Takfiris’ propaganda.

The senior Iranian cleric beckoned to the true nature of Islam stressing the divine religion promotes peace and unity, while Takfiris foster fear and ferment sedition and violence.

To the grand Ayatollah, solidarity among Muslims is the only solution out of the intrigue plaguing Muslims. In his line,  Islamic Sharia, Qur’an and lifestyle of Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) are common assets all Muslims can base their unity upon.

Along with Ayatollah Sobhani, religious clerics believe, it is only in the light of this solidarity and full obedience of Islamic Sharia that we can distance the present ambiance of fratricide.
