Houthi forces on the verge of a symbolic victory in Saudi Arabia: video

The Houthi forces and Yemeni Republican Guard are on the verge of a symbolic victory in the southern region of Saudi Arabia after launching a massive offensive near the border-city of Najran these past two weeks.

Unlike Houthi-controlled Rabu’ah, Najran is a large metropolitan city that is considered one of the key strongholds for the Saudi Royal Army and regime.

Video footage from this battle was released on Thursday, showing the Houthi forces overlooking Najran from the south.

If Najran is lost to the Houthi forces, then the Saudi Army will be forced to mobilize a much larger contingent to help retake this city, which will cause them to redirect their focus from other countries in the region.
