BREAKING: Syrian government, E. Ghouta terrorists finally reach agreement

An agreement has been finally concluded between the Syrian government and Jaysh al-Islam rebel group after hours-long negotiations.

According to the state news agency SANA, the Saudi-sponsored militia will release all military and civilian prisoners in exchange of providing a safe exit to Jarabulus city in northern Aleppo countryside.
