Britain emphasizes on implementation of Iran-G5+1 agreement

The British administration has announced that it will continue its efforts for implementation of Iran-5+1 Group agreement in Geneva, and attainment of an ultimate agreement.

According to IRIB World Service, citing IRNA, the British envoy to UN, Mark Lyall Grant, throughout the confidential meeting of the UN Security Council, which was held behind closed doors, said this is the first time that Iran and 5+1 Group have reached a detailed agreement.

Referring to the outcomes of the Geneva agreement, he said that the full support of UNSC member states for the Geneva agreement conveys a strong message to the world.

He also expressed content over Iran’s cooperation with the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA).
He underscored that the Geneva nuclear agreement has raised an appropriate opportunity for continuation of talks for attainment of an ultimate agreement.
