Hezbollah drone struck the private residence of Butcher Netanyahu revealing interception fiasco

A drone deployed by the Lebanese group Hezbollah targeted the residence of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in Caesarea, located north of Tel Aviv, following an unsuccessful interception attempt.

According to reports, one of the three drones launched towards Israel from Lebanon on Saturday morning was aimed at the private residence of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, located in Caesarea, south of Haifa.

Reports circulating on Israeli social media claim that the building targeted in the attack was associated with Prime Minister Netanyahu’s residence.

According to a report from Israel’s Army Radio, the drone that detonated in Caesarea was of a similar model to the one that targeted a Golani Brigade camp, resulting in the deaths of four soldiers and injuring numerous others. The drone is reportedly challenging to intercept.

Israeli media have refrained from releasing additional information regarding the scale of the damage and potential casualties after the military imposed a restriction on such disclosures.

Reports have emerged indicating that a drone operated by Hezbollah allegedly targeted a residence presumed to be the private home of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in Caesarea. According to these reports, Netanyahu was not at the location at the time of the incident, and no injuries have been reported.

The Israeli military has acknowledged that its air defense systems were unable to intercept a drone that penetrated Israeli-controlled areas.

Israeli media outlets have reported a significant setback in an interception operation, as a drone managed to infiltrate airspace and flew in close proximity to a military helicopter tasked with locating it near the outskirts of occupied Haifa.

According to reports by Lebanon’s al-Mayadeen news channel, the Israeli military has stated that three drones originating from Lebanon headed towards Haifa. Out of the three, only two were detected and successfully intercepted.

According to the news channel, the third projectile hit a building in Caesarea with precision, resulting in a significant explosion, as confirmed by eyewitness accounts.

Al-Mayadeen has reported that sirens resounded across military bases in the Glilot settlement located in northern Tel Aviv following the incursion of a drone into the restricted airspace. This incident marked a significant occurrence, as it was the first time sirens were activated in Tel Aviv without alerts being issued through the internal front’s mobile application. Consequently, residents did not receive any evacuation directives.

The Israeli Defense Forces reported that an unmanned aerial vehicle hovered over the site for approximately an hour before launching an attack on the building, characterizing the incident as “a challenging morning.”

State-controlled media outlets have been subjected to censorship and are barred from reporting on the Hezbollah assault.

According to Israeli emergency services, a man has died from shrapnel injuries following a volley of rockets launched from Lebanon, striking the northern region near the port city of Acre.

In the Haifa district’s Kiryat Ata, a total of five individuals sustained injuries, predominantly due to shrapnel, according to a spokesperson from the emergency service Magen David Adom.

The Israeli Defense Forces reported that over 115 projectiles were launched, primarily targeting the northern region, as warning sirens sounded intermittently throughout the area.

Hezbollah has issued statements declaring that it deployed a squadron of drones to target an Israeli military installation located southeast of Haifa. Additionally, the group reported strikes on several unauthorized settlements and military assemblies in the region.

Hezbollah has reported that a significant barrage of sophisticated rockets has struck a military installation located to the east of Haifa.

In a statement, a group declared that they have launched an operation involving a fleet of attack drones targeting the Nashrim base, located southeast of Haifa. This action, they explained, is intended to show solidarity with Palestinians in the Gaza Strip and to back what they describe as a courageous and honorable resistance. The group stated that this move also aims to defend Lebanon and its citizens, and is a response to what they referred to as Zionist aggression and the targeting of civilians, including alleged massacres by Israeli forces.

The Islamic Resistance has affirmed its continued presence and preparedness to protect the nation and its dignified, oppressed populace, pledging unwavering commitment to confronting and curbing any acts of aggression by adversaries.

The influential Lebanese faction launched a rocket attack on a group of Israeli soldiers stationed in the Malikiyah settlement. Additionally, the assault extended to another assembly of soldiers in Jal al-Deir, situated to the northeast of the Avivim settlement.

At least three rockets struck the Krayot region northeast of Haifa, according to reports. Resistance media claimed that several direct hits were made, including one on a vehicle in the Kiryat Ata settlement.

Hezbollah declared the initiation of a new phase in its retaliatory campaign against Israel, following more than a year of Israeli strikes on Lebanon and Gaza. The announcement was made in a statement released on Friday.

Hezbollah’s Operations Room has declared a shift to an intensified phase in its conflict with Israel, stating that this move comes under the directives issued by the Resistance Command.

Since October 2023, Israel has conducted military operations against Lebanon following its contentious offensive in the Gaza Strip.

Since late September, Israel has intensified its military operations targeting Hezbollah, resulting in the assassination of its leader, Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah, along with several other high-ranking members of the militant group.

Lebanon’s Ministry of Health reported that an Israeli strike on Saturday resulted in the deaths of two individuals on a crucial highway located north of Beirut. This marks the first such assault in the region since the previous year.

According to the health ministry, Israeli fire has resulted in the deaths of at least 2,350 individuals and left 10,906 others injured since the onset of clashes last year.
