Lebanese Army’s Security Plan Reaches Zero-hour in Tripoli

The Lebanese army security plan’s zero-hour had started in Tripoli Tuesday morning with the launch of raids in the region including areas of Jabal Mohsen and Bab Al-Tabbeneh, according to Al-Manar TV correspondent.
