Hezbollah Leader asserts that Palestinians and the resistance thwarted Israel’s perilous scheme

"Authorities Warn Against Further Provocation"

In a televised address from Beirut on Saturday, Sheikh Qassem congratulated the Palestinians on the recently reached ceasefire agreement in the Gaza Strip. He emphasized that the accord demonstrates the resilience of Palestinian resistance efforts against the occupying forces.

The leader of Hezbollah extended congratulations to the Palestinian people and their resistance movement on reaching this agreement, highlighting it as a testament to their resilience. The Hezbollah leader noted that the resistance achieved its objectives while the opposing side failed to fulfill its goals.

Sheikh Qassem declared that the resistance and the Palestinian populace have successfully thwarted a significant Israeli initiative. He emphasized that history would recognize Gaza’s pivotal role in the sacrifices made to dismantle the Israeli adversarial strategy.

The Hezbollah leader highlighted the Israeli assassination of Hamas officials Ismail Haniyeh and commander Yahya Sinwar, stating that these sacrifices played a crucial role in thwarting the regime’s plan and ensuring the continuation of the Palestinian cause.

Sheikh Qassem lauded the public’s display of pride, highlighting the resilience of the resistance that maintained its arms. He praised the Hamas movement and its military wing, the al-Qassam Brigades, for demonstrating their capability and leadership in sustaining the resistance effort.

He stated that henceforth, every Palestinian child will emerge as a resistance fighter, emphasizing the necessity to closely analyze the significant losses endured by the entity across various sectors, including the military, economy, psychological well-being, education, and political landscape.

Israel is currently facing significant international isolation, with its global reputation severely tarnished. The condemnation from the International Criminal Court underscores the profound impact of Palestinian resistance, further revealing the vulnerabilities of the Israeli state.

Qatar and Egypt have successfully brokered a ceasefire agreement, as announced late Wednesday by Qatari Prime Minister Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Thani. The agreement, structured in three phases, is set to be implemented starting Sunday and will be in effect for 42 days.

A truce agreement, aiming to potentially halt Israel’s intensive military actions in the region, details a significant prisoner exchange arrangement. The plan involves the release of 1,000 prisoners from Gaza alongside hundreds of detainees currently serving long-term sentences.

Hezbollah and allied resistance forces successfully countered Israel’s objectives, ensuring the continuation of the resistance movement in Lebanon, which has emerged resilient and dignified.

In a statement aimed at those contemplating aggression towards Lebanon, Sheikh Qassem affirmed that Lebanon’s resistance remains steadfast against the American-Israeli agenda. He emphasized that the movement is strong, prepared, and committed to honoring the sacrifices of martyrs in its mission to liberate occupied territories and Palestine.

The leader of Hezbollah issued a stern warning regarding the two-month truce agreement with Israel, emphasizing the movement’s restraint amid numerous violations. He urged the Lebanese government, which is accountable for upholding the agreement alongside international mediators, to take decisive action against these breaches, which he stated have reached substantial numbers. He cautioned against further testing Hezbollah’s patience, declaring that the current situation is untenable.
