Iranian Commanders Arrive in Istanbul for Int’l Conference

Senior Iranian Army commanders arrived in Istanbul, Turkey on Thursday in a bid to attend an international conference of world’s Air Force commanders.
The three-strong delegation, headed by Iran’s top commander Brigadier General Ahmad Miqani, arrived in Istanbul on Thursday, Iranian Military Attaché Colonel Mohammad Ahadi said.

The Iranian delegation is to attend the Global Air Chiefs Conference (GACC) scheduled for Thursday.

Iranian military officials will also hold talks with officials from other countries during their five-day stay in Turkey.

The Iranian delegation will come back to Iran on Monday.
