Notorious FSA Commander Killed in Southern Syria

The Syrian army killed a notorious militant commander in Damascus countryside in Southern Syria on Friday.
Mahmoud Rahmeh, head of Armed Rebels Military Council in Zabadani city and also commander of Katibeh of Al-Haq Martyrs affiliated to the Free Syrian Army (FSA) was killed in heavy clashes in Al-Qalmoun town in Damascus countryside.

Tens of other militants have also been killed in fierce clashes with the Syrian army in Damascus countryside.

Also in the past 24 hours, the Syrian army destroyed 20 Grad missiles of the armed rebels in Lattakia countryside in Northeastern Syria.

Elsewhere in Aleppo countryside also in Northwestern Syria, fierce and bloody clashes broke out between the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL), the Islamic Front, and Tawhid Battalion on Friday.

Meantime, reports said that a Saudi intelligence officer who was in charge of recruiting Al-Qaeda militants from Yemen has disappeared.

Also, the FSA seized several gathering centers of the ISIL in Hama countryside.

Elsewhere, the clashes between Al-Mosana Battalion affiliated to the FSA and the Al-Qaeda-linked Bashaer Al-Nasr in Deir Ezzur in Eastern Syria left tens of militant killed.

Syria has been experiencing unrest since March 2011 with organized attacks by well-armed gangs and terrorists against both the army and civilians.

Tens of thousands of people have been killed since terrorist and armed groups turned protest rallies into armed clashes.

The government blames outlaws, saboteurs, and armed terrorist groups for the deaths, stressing that the unrest is being orchestrated from abroad.
