According to Press TV, France has come under fierce criticism from Iranian media and citizens for playing a disruptive role in the course of recent nuclear talks between Iran and the six major world powers.

Iranian news papers lashed out at French Foreign Minister Laurent Fabius for being the main reason behind the failure of the six countries involved in nuclear negotiations with Iran to reach a possible deal with Tehran over its nuclear energy program.
Anger against Fabius also found its way in the social media, with many Iranians posting critical comments on the French foreign minister’s Facebook page.
Iranian lawmakers also criticized Fabius, with Majlis National Security and Foreign Policy Committee Spokesman Seyyed Hossein Naqavi-Hosseini saying the French Foreign Ministry is trying to “blackmail” Tehran.
At the beginning of the third day of the nuclear talks in Geneva on November 9, Fabius said in an interview that “Israel’s concerns” must be taken into consideration in the course of the negotiations, adding that there is “no certainty” whether Iran and the six powers will reach an agreement at the current stage.
The comments by the French foreign minister came amid Zionist regime’s deep anger over the likelihood of an agreement between Iran and the six countries in the course of the nuclear talks.
