Hamas Leader Meshaal rejects any ‘concession over Palestine’

Hamas politburo chief Khaled Meshaal rejected on Saturday any territorial concession with Israel or recognition of the Jewish state.
“Palestine is our land and nation from the (Mediterranean) sea to the (Jordan) river, from north to south, and we cannot cede an inch or any part of it,” he said during a mass rally marking the 25th foundation of Hamas. “We cannot recognise the legitimacy of the occupation of Palestine or recognise Israel,” who is on his first ever visit to Gaza, which is controlled by Hamas.
