Egypt police fire tear gas at rival protesters in Alexandria

Egyptian police have fired tear gas to disperse rival protesters in Alexandria after clashes erupted between supporters and opponents of President Mohamed Morsi in the country’s second largest city.

Dozens of people, including police officers, were injured as rival protesters hurled stones at each other on Friday.
