Why the US State Department hasn’t responded to Iran’s latest missile drill as severely as they did for our previous test in January?

THIS IS REALLY EXCELLENT!
Why the US State Department hasn’t responded to Iran’s latest missile drill as severely as they did for our previous test in January?
The answer is a bit ‘subtle’: Iran and the US agreed on a prisoner swap after the nuclear deal. We agreed to free their prisoners under the condition that the US government would release Iranian prisoners and ‘wouldn’t’ add sanctions on Iranian ballistic missiles test. They promised and we freed the prisoners in January. But as soon as American prisoners set foot in Germany, the State Department announced the new sanctions. Within 2 hours, 3 American citizens went missing in Iraq and the State Department started crying for their release. The ‘lost’ Americans were finally freed after a month, and the US learned a lesson that while dealing with a regional superpower like Iran, one should be more cautious!
