Indians Preparing for Global March to Jerusalem

The Indian delegation is all set to depart on a peace march across India, Pakistan, Iran, Turkey, Lebanon and Jordan as part of the Global March to Jerusalem, organizers of the delegation announced.

This is part of the Asian convoy which is part of the Global March to Jerusalem, where delegates from the various Asian nations will be congregating on the borders of Palestine on the 30th of March 2012.

The delegation had also earlier organized the first ever collective “Asian Convoy to Gaza”. The Indian delegation is determined to build the struggle in solidarity with the Palestinian people and against Imperialism and Zionism and we seek to unite the people of Asia in this endeavor.

The occupation of Palestine by the Zionist Israel is the central geopolitical issue of our times and at the heart lies the issue of Jerusalem!

“We thus invite you to be a part of the program, which is our tribute to Mahatma Gandhi and the martyrs of our freedom struggle who laid down their lives for the freedom of India and the world,” those in charge of the Indian delegation said.

“We thus invite you all to partake in this program, which will include an all-religious prayer, speeches and revolutionary songs,” they added.
