Ayatollah Araki condemns Gaza invasion


Iranian senior cleric issued message to condemn the massacre of Israel attacks against Gaza and stressed the importance of defending Palestinians.

Grand Ayatollah Mohsen Araki, Secretary General of the World Forum for Proximity of Islamic Schools of Thought, issued a message following the recent invasion of the Israeli forces against the civilians in Gaza and rebuked international bodies and Arab governments for their neutral stance regarding the crime, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).

Iranian scholar in this message slammed the new round of massacring the civilians in Gaza and said, “This crime is happening before the eyes of the Arab states and international community who are also claimants of human rights.”

He added,” The most important priority for the Muslim communities is to unanimously spare no effort in defending the people in Gaza and react to the invasion of the Zionists intensively.”

Another part of the message by Ayatollah Araki runs, “The World Forum for Proximity of Islamic Schools of Thought clearly announces that resisting against the Zionist enemies is on top of the religious necessities and that every Muslim should do his best for protection of his Muslim brother in Palestine.”

Secretary General of the World Forum for Proximity of Islamic Schools of Thought expressed hope for an immediate victory of the Palestinians.
