Palestinian Toddler Dies from Injuries Sustained in Israeli Shooting near Jenin
On Saturday night, a Palestinian toddler tragically passed away from injuries previously sustained during an incident involving Israeli forces.

The Palestinian Health Ministry reported that a Palestinian toddler passed away on Saturday night from injuries inflicted by Israeli gunfire. The incident occurred earlier in Muthalath Ash-Shuhada village, located south of Jenin in the occupied West Bank.
The Ministry has officially reported the tragic death of 2-year-old Layla Mohammad Ayman Al-Khatib due to injuries sustained during an Israeli military operation in the village.
The Palestinian Red Crescent Society (PRCS) has reported that Al-Khatib suffered a head injury caused by live ammunition fired by Israeli occupation forces.
She was urgently transported to a medical facility, where she remains in critical condition.
The Palestinian Red Crescent Society reported that a woman sustained a hand injury from live ammunition discharged by Israeli soldiers. Additionally, she suffered a head injury due to bullet shrapnel.
Earlier this evening, Israeli special operations units conducted an incursion into the village, surrounding a house. The forces positioned snipers strategically around the perimeter and employed loudspeakers to instruct the occupants to exit the premises, sparking confrontations.
For the fifth day in a row, Israel has conducted extensive operations in Jenin city and its surrounding refugee camp, resulting in the deaths of 14 Palestinians and the displacement of approximately 1,800 residents.
A Palestinian man, identified as 42-year-old Ahmad Mahmoud Hashash, tragically died from his injuries Saturday evening following an incident involving Israeli forces during a raid on the Balata refugee camp, located east of Nablus.
