Hasakah Scene of Battles between Kurdish Fighters, ISIL
Clashes intensified between Kurdish forces of the People’s Protection Units (YPG) and ISIL terrorists in the Syrian Province of Hasakah, sources said Thursday.
The Kurdish fighters clashed with ISIL terrorists in the vicinity of Jabal Abdul Aziz (Abdul Aziz Mountain) in the Southwestern parts of Hasakah, the sources said.
The fighting has claimed the lives of several militants from both sides.

On Dec 7, Twenty civilians were killed in a US airstrike on Syria’s Northeastern Hasaka province.
The US-led airstrikes hit al-Khan near al-Hawl town in Hasakah, killing 20 civilians and injuring 30 others.
