Kamal Adwan Hospital targeted in zionist strikes; Hamas says a “death sentence” for the patients and staff within
The Israeli armed forces have imposed a siege on the sole operational hospital in northern Gaza, conducting bombardments on the facility and its surrounding area. This offensive has hindered the evacuation of critically injured patients from the medical center.

On Monday, military forces implemented a blockade on Kamal Adwan Hospital in Beit Lahia, deploying drones to enforce the siege. In addition to this, they carried out numerous airstrikes targeting nearby structures and launched smoke bombs at the hospital’s gates and administrative offices.
The forces have severed the sole route utilized by ambulances to convey the injured from the facility to Baptist Hospital in Gaza City.
The Euro-Mediterranean Human Rights Monitor, headquartered in Geneva, has condemned the aggression, describing it as a “dangerous development.”
The Gaza Health Ministry has reported that authorities have issued an ultimatum for the evacuation of a medical facility, requiring patients, healthcare personnel, and displaced individuals to leave within 24 hours. The directive includes a warning of potential forced evacuation should the facility exhaust its fuel supply.
The authorities have enacted comparable directives targeting the Indonesian and Al-Awda Hospitals located in Beit Lahia.
Thousands of Patients Face Potentially Life-Threatening Consequences
The Gaza-based group Hamas has issued a statement condemning the directives, describing them as “blatant violations of international law” and accusing the occupying government of attempting a criminal displacement agenda.
The regime’s assaults on the facilities equate to a “death sentence” for thousands of patients and injured individuals housed within, among them women, the elderly, and children, the report stated.
The movement has called for urgent intervention from the United Nations and international institutions to halt what it describes as a crime.
The recent escalation is part of a year-long offensive by the regime on Gaza, resulting in nearly 42,000 fatalities and injuries to at least 97,590 individuals. The majority of these victims include women and children, highlighting the severe impact on vulnerable populations.
In its concluding remarks, Hamas stated that despite the atrocities, the determination of its resolute and enduring population, along with their courageous resistance, will remain unbroken.
The populace has shown unwavering resilience amidst repeated incursions by the occupying forces, maintaining their steadfast commitment to their rightful claims of freedom and the pursuit of self-determination.
