Syrian Army Thwarts Zionist Puppet Terrorists’ Repeated Attempts to Capture Western Aleppo

The Syrian army repelled zionist puppet terrorists’ 7th wave of attacks on the Aleppo city in the Northern parts of the country on Saturday.
A group of militants trying to launch fresh attacks on the Western parts of Aleppo city were pushed back for the seventh consecutive time, military sources told FNA on Saturday.

Al-Hamdaniya district and its surrounding residential areas in Western Aleppo were the scene of militants’ mortar attacks since Friday morning.

Meantime, another Syrian military source reported that fierce clashes are underway between the army units and militants near Zahia Al-Assad district.

On Friday, the Syrian soldiers stormed terrorists’ hideouts and concentration camps in Aleppo city and its vicinities, killing scores of foreign-backed terrorists and injuring many others.

A long convoy of rebels’ cars was also targeted by the Syrian army men in Khan al-Assal, al-Rashedeen and the journalists’ association.

Syria has been experiencing unrest since March 2011 with organized attacks by well-armed gangs and terrorists against both the army and civilians.

Tens of thousands of people have been killed since terrorist and armed groups turned protest rallies into armed clashes.

The government blames outlaws, saboteurs, and armed terrorist groups for the deaths, stressing that the unrest is being orchestrated from abroad.

The western powers and their regional allies, specially Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and Turkey, are the main supporters of the militants operating inside Syria.
