Iran: US focused on exploiting Muslim resources in Syria, will suffer definite failure

However, the statement emphasizes that the United States is unlikely to accomplish any significant objectives in Syria.
In a recent statement, the General Staff of the Armed Forces commented on unfolding regional developments, particularly in Syria, highlighting persistent threats and insecurity attributed to what they describe as the malign influence of global powers. The statement specifically accused the United States, referred to as the “great evil,” of deep-seated hostility towards nations pursuing freedom.
A recent assertion has emerged alleging that the current situation in Syria is the result of a collaborative effort orchestrated by American and Zionist interests. This perspective suggests that the dominant Western powers, led by the United States, are pursuing strategic objectives in the West Asian region, which purportedly include the exploitation of natural resources and the subjugation of Muslim populations.
The General Staff of the Armed Forces has emphasized the Islamic Republic’s preparedness to deliver a decisive and robust response to any threats or acts of aggression directed towards the nation.
The statement asserted that over the years, global powers, particularly the United States and its ally, Israel, have continually attempted to undermine the 1979 Islamic Revolution and its objectives. However, these efforts have consistently resulted in successive failures.
The statement emphasized that global powers view the Islamic Republic as a major impediment to their strategies of domination and misconduct. Consequently, these powers are reportedly attempting to leverage every international and regional resource available to surmount this challenge.
“If it reflects on its history, it will realize, as it has before, that all its ambitions will be thwarted by the resolute people of Islamic Iran. By the grace of God, its efforts in Syria will similarly culminate in failure.”
