Syria in Last 24 Hours: Great Satan US Army Choppers Take ISIL Commanders away from Raqqa

The American Army relocated several ISIL commanders with important information on the US by conducting heliborne operations in Raqqa province over the past 24 hours.

Local sources in Raqqa said that the US-led coalition helped four senior ISIL commanders to escape Raqqa province in a heliborne operation that included six helicopters flying in al-Rafedin region in al-Tabaqa town in Southwestern Raqqa.

Meantime, the Syrian army continued its military advances in other parts of Syria over the past 24 hours.

Tens of terrorists were killed and dozens more were injured during the Syrian army’s operations in several provinces across Syria.

Raqqa

The American Army relocated several ISIL commanders with important information on the US by conducting heliborne operations in Raqqa province.

The US-led coalition helped four senior ISIL commanders to escape Raqqa province in a heliborne operation that included six helicopters flying in al-Rafedin region in al-Tabaqa town in Southwestern Raqqa, local sources in Raqqa said.

The sources, meantime, noted that the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) had besieged the region where heliborne operations were conducted.

Meantime, the Arabic-language service of the Russian Sputnik News Agency said that the relocated ISIL terrorist commanders had previously fled to Raqqa after the Syrian and Russian armies conducted military operations to set free the city of al-Qoryatayn in Homs province.

It noted that the ISIL commanders most probably have secrets of the US Army troops with them.

Homs

The Syrian army and air force heavily pounded the ISIL terrorists’ military positions in Badiyeh (desert) region of Homs province as reinforcement convoys were sent to further support the government troops.

“The Syrian Army sent a new military convoy, comprising hundreds of Syrian troops along with military hardware, to areas near the town of al-Sukhneh in Eastern Homs,” Syrian battlefield sources said.

The sources, meantime, said that the Syrian Army units engaged in fierce clashes with the ISIL terrorists South-East of al-Sukhneh near Station 3 and in al-Zabibat, killing and wounding a number of militants.

In the meantime, the Syrian Air Force pounded the movements and positions of the ISIL in a region located between Hamimeh and Station 3 and near the administrative borderline between Homs with Deir Ezzur, destroying several terrorist targets and killing several militants.

Aleppo

The Arabic-language media quoted sources close to the Turkish government as saying that the main reason for the recent patrolling missions by the Turkish Army troops in the demilitarized zone as well as their efforts to expand the zone is to block the Syrian government forces’ upcoming operations there and protect Tahrir al-Sham al-Hay’at (the Levant Liberation Board or the Al-Nusra Front) terrorists.

“Although Tahrir al-Sham rejects to leave the demilitarized zone, the Turkish Army patrol in that zone will give Tahrir al-Sham leader Abu Mohammed al-Jolani sufficient time to declare its dominance in Idlib and its surrounding areas,” the Arabic-language Al-Watan newspaper quoted sources close to the Ankara-backed National Liberation Front (NFL) as saying, while pointing to Turkey’s relentless supports for Tahrir al-Sham al-Hay’at terrorist group.

The Turkish military began their patrols around the Aleppo-Damascus Highway (M-4 Highway), after a violent week in Idlib province.

According to opposition activists via social media, the Turkish military began their patrols across the Idlib buffer zone on Friday across several important areas, including the town of Saraqib.

Meantime, the Syrian Army troops warded off a massive attack by a group of terrorists of Jeish al-Ahrar affiliated to the NFL on their military positions on al-Saqilbayeh axis Northwest of Hama, killing over 12 terrorists, including their senior commander, Abu Yusheh al-Wastani. A sum of five Syrian soldiers were also killed in clashes with the terrorists.

Meantime, the Syrian Army units foiled an attempt by the terrorists to initiate an attack from the demilitarized zone on al-Zuka, al-Janabereh, Ma’arkabeh and al-Boyezeh in Northern Hama and al-Haviz and Beit al-Ra’as in Western Hama.

Several houses of civilians were also destroyed in Tahrir al-Sham al-Hay’at’s missile attacks on the town of Mahradeh and the villages of Ma’an and al-Masasaneh in Northern Hama.

Deir Ezzur

The US Army and its allied militants helped a large number of the ISIL terrorists to get out of Deir Ezzur province as Washington and the Syrian Democratic Forces are preparing to declare the end of the ISIL in Eastern Euphrates.

“Over 60,000 ISIL terrorists and their families have been helped out of Baghouz region in Eastern Deir Ezzur by the US and the US-backed militants since the beginning of last December,” the Kurdish-language Bas news website quoted an informed SDF source as saying.

He noted that over half of the terrorists leaving Eastern Euphrates are Iraqi nationals, and the rest come from a variety of nations.

This comes as the US-led coalition and their allied militants are eyeing an agreement with terrorists to exit the areas under their control in Eastern Euphrates in a bid to declare the end of the ISIL in the region.
