Syrian P. Minister Stresses Importance of Government Housing Program

Prime Minister, Dr. Wael al-Halqi, on Thursday stressed the importance of the government housing program which includes building 50,000 housing units in the Syrian provinces and easing all difficulties hindering the construction process to provide houses to low-income citizens.

Chairing a qualitative meeting to discuss the government housing program which was announced in 2012, al-Halqi pointed out to the importance of a credible timetable to implement the program.

The Prime Minister stressed the government’s care for the housing sector with all its components to provide suitable houses to all citizens.
