Velayati says would restore public confidence in government

Ali Akbar Velayati has said that he will make efforts to restore confidence between the people and the government if he wins the presidency in the upcoming presidential election.
Speaking in a televised interview late on Sunday, Velayati also stated that he would establish a good relationship between the administration and the parliament.

In addition, he stated that he would take the measures necessary to restore the value of the national currency and curb inflation.

The 11th presidential election is scheduled to be held on June 14.
