Syrian Army Repulses Terrorists’ Attacks on Northern Hama

The Syrian army and the popular forces repelled terrorists’ attacks on a military base in al-Masasna and Bou’aideh regions in the Northern part of Hama province.

The Takfiri terrorists were pushed back from the surrounding areas of al-Masasna and Bou’aideh regions in Northern Hama.

Scores of Takfiri militants were killed and wounded in the army attacks on their positions.

The Syrian fighter jets, meantime, pounded the terrorist’s positions in al-Aliyeh and the Eastern part of Ithrya-Khanasser Road in the Northeastern part of Hama province, destroying the terrorists’ military vehicles.

In a relevant development on Monday, the Syrian military forces, in a strong defense, repelled the massive assaults of Jund al-Aqsa terrorist on the government forces’ positions North of Hama province from two directions, and forced them to retreat from the battlefield.

Jund al-Aqsa terrorists’ attempts to break through the government forces’ positions near the town of Ma’an were fended off by the Syrian army and popular forces.

At least 15 members of Jund al-Aqsa were killed and many more were wounded in the unsuccessful offensives.

The terrorist stormed the army strongholds from two directions of Morek and Atshan.

Jund al-Aqsa’s military equipment sustain major damage in the failed attacks.
