Zahhar to Arab, Islamic countries: Keep us away from your internal differences

Member of Hamas’s political bureau Mahmoud al-Zahhar said that his Movement is working to convince the Arab and Islamic nations to keep it away from their internal differences.

During a televised interview with the BBC on Thursday evening, Zahhar stressed that his Movement is not interested in making problems with any country whether it accepts the Movement or not.

“We are holding the stick from the middle because holding it from one of its sides means that you are using it for hitting”, he explained. Hamas views the entire Arab-Islamic Nation as one regardless of its varied ethnicities, he added. The Hamas leader concluded, “Our weapons are only directed at the Zionist enemy.”
