The Israeli Defense Forces conducted a series of airstrikes on Monday evening targeting several areas, including the central Gaza Strip, Nuseirat, and the Jabalia refugee camp, according to the Gaza Health Ministry.
At least 20 civilians have reportedly lost their lives, with numerous others sustaining injuries, following airstrikes that targeted residential areas in Izbat Beit Hanoun in northern Gaza.
Local sources report that the region continues to experience heavy sieges by Israeli forces, significantly obstructing the efforts of ambulance and rescue teams from accessing the scene of the airstrikes.
Israeli airstrikes have reportedly hit refugee camps in al-Maghazi and Nuseirat, resulting in significant damage to residential buildings in northern Nuseirat. According to reports, the attacks have led to the deaths of at least seven Palestinians, while others have sustained injuries.
Earlier today, six civilians lost their lives and multiple others sustained injuries following a shelling incident in Beit Lahia, located in northern Gaza.
A drone strike conducted by Israeli forces east of Khan Yunis in the southern Gaza Strip has resulted in the death of a civilian. Additionally, two children lost their lives and numerous individuals sustained injuries during an Israeli military operation targeting the al-Maghazi refugee camp.
In addition, an Israeli strike on a school sheltering displaced individuals in Jabalia has resulted in additional civilian casualties.
According to local reports, airstrikes on a residential area near Kamal Adwan Hospital in northern Gaza have led to further casualties and injuries, affecting children in the vicinity.
Gaza’s Health Ministry announced Monday that Israeli forces conducted three significant attacks in the territory on Sunday, leading to the loss of 50 lives and injuring 84 people.
