Press TV has interviewed Naser al-Omari, a writer and political commentator in New York, to discuss a recent bid by Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas to apply for Palestinian membership in the International Criminal Court (ICC).
The political commentator maintains that Israelis are becoming increasingly concerned about the Palestinian ICC move as the Tel Aviv regime could be charged with war crimes.
However, al-Omari says it would be a very tough task for the Palestinians to bring any Israeli official or leader to justice in front of the ICC.
