Blasts kill 18 near holy shrines north of Iraqi capital


Two bomb blasts near holy shrines in the Iraqi capital have killed at least 18 people and injured dozens more, security official say.

The bombings were carried out at about 5:30 p.m. local time (1430 GMT) on Saturday at Adan Square near holy shrines in the Kadhimiyah district of Baghdad.
