Diary of July 27 2006: Bombardment of Afoula (What Lays Beyond-Haifa)

On July 28 2006, the Islamic Resistance made good on its threat to bomb what lays beyond Haifa, when the Mujahideen aimed their “Khaibar-1” type rockets at the city of Afoula.

This was, according to the statement issued by the Islamic Resistance, in retaliation to the enemy continuing its brutal aggression, which had expanded to include all the Lebanese territory targeting innocent and defenseless civilians.

With this retaliation a new phase of defiance and confrontation with this entity was started, to defend the dignity, pride, sovereignty and independence of Lebanon.
