“Grad Rocket Hits Eilat” Eilat police chief Ron Gertner told Israel’s army radio

The Red Sea city of Eilat was on high state of alert on Thursday as three loud blasts rocked the city shortly after midnight.

Zionist Occupation Israeli police found a Grad rocket which has slammed into a construction site in the city, about 300 meters from a residential area.

However the other two rockets were not found, with Eilat district police chief said the Grad rocket was fired from the Egyptian Sinai Peninsula.

Zionist Occupation Israeli settlers were scared as the blasts caused no injuries, but minor damage in the buildings.

“This rocket, which was fired from Egypt, exploded in the town but did not cause any injuries or damage,” Eilat police chief Ron Gertner told Israel’s army radio.

“Eilat residents heard three explosions in the night, but for the moment we have only found one rocket,” police spokesman Micky Rosenfeld told AFP. Police were conducting searches to see if anything else had hit the town.
The Zionist Occupation Israeli army confirmed details of the incident.
