Terrorist massacre in Syria’s Adra is revenge against safe civilians

Syrian government on Friday expressed condemnation of the massacres the terrorists are committing in the homeland, the latest of which was the “brutal massacre” in the residential city of Adra.

While expressing the condemnation, Prime Minister Wael al-Halqi noted that Adra city is inhabited by state and non-state workers “who are contributing to the building of the homeland and consolidating the factors of the Syrian people’s steadfastness against the global war facing them”.

He said the terrorists’ attack in Adra reflects “revenge against safe civilians” promoted by their funders and backers in Qatar, Saudi Arabia and Turkey after the terrorist groups’ “bankruptcy and defeat”.

Al-Halqi affirmed that the Syrian army will hunt down those terrorists and restore security and stability to Adra city and each and every inch of the Syrian soil.
