Syrian Army Raids Militant Centers near Harasta Highway in Damascus Province

The Syrian Army on Sunday launched a fresh round of offensives on the gathering centers of the militant groups around the Harasta Highway, inflicting heavy losses on the terrorists’ military sites, informed sources said.

The sources said that the army identified and attacked two main concentration centers of the Jeish al-Islam militants in Mercedes and Peugeot Firms close to the Harasta highway, which resulted in destruction of the militants’ military vehicles and equipment.

Tens of the terrorist were also killed or wounded in the government forces’ assault, the sources went on to say.

On Saturday, the concentration centers of Ajnad al-Sham terrorists in Damascus countryside were heavily bombed and destroyed by the Syrian warplanes.

Syrian fighter jets pounded the positions of Ajnad al-Sham terrorists in Darayya in Damascus countryside, and killed dozens of the Takfiri militants, sources said.

The terrorists’ strongholds near Deir al-Asafir in Damascus countryside came under attack by the Syrian air force, military officials in Damascus said Saturday, adding that the militants have sustained a heavy death toll in the air raid.

The sources said that the militants’ centers in Deir al-Asafir, 12 kilometers Southeast of Damascus, were bombed by the Syrian fighter jets, which resulted in the destruction of their camp’s infrastructure and the killing of tens of militants.

Field sources also announced on Saturday that militants’ strongholds in Douma came under the Syrian fighter jets’ attack, resulting in the killing of many terrorists.

The hideouts of Jeish al-Islam militants were heavily bombed by the Syrian warplanes in Douma in Damascus countryside, leaving scores of them dead or wounded, sources said.
